How many employees before Georgia requires workers’ compensation insurance?
The Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation states that a business regularly employing three or more persons in Georgia is required to provide the benefits. The Board adds that where the company is incorporated or an LLC, the officers or members are included in the employee count, and that a regular part-time employee counts toward it.

Is auto liability insurance required in Georgia?
The Georgia Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire states that Georgia drivers must have liability insurance meeting the minimum limits required by law to drive on the state’s public roads and highways, and that more coverage may be purchased.
