What does Nevada require an employer to do about workers’ compensation?
The Nevada Revised Statutes, in the section headed Employers to provide compensation, provide that an employer within the industrial insurance chapters shall provide and secure compensation for any personal injuries by accident sustained by an employee arising out of and in the course of the employment. The section states the duty of an employer without setting an employee count.

What are the minimum auto liability limits in Nevada?
The Nevada DMV publishes a floor of $25,000 for bodily injury or death of one person in any one accident, $50,000 for two or more persons in any one accident, and $20,000 for injury to or destruction of property of others. Nevada also requires the registered owner to be a named insured on the policy.
